This little tiger is Milo. He lives with his mother and his brother.
They live near a big lake. Milo likes to run and jump.
"Come and eat," said Mother. "We have fish."
But Milo did not sit. He had to see the lake. He ran.
Milo ran to the lake. He looked at a big fish.
The fish jumped up and made a lot of waves. Milo jumped back!
Milo went on over the rocks. He came to a big tree.
A little deer sat under the tree. "Do not eat me!" said the deer.
"I will not eat you," said Milo. "I am a little tiger. I like to run."
The deer and Milo ran and ran. It was fun!
Then Milo looked up. An eagle was up over him.
"Come here, little tiger!" said the eagle. But Milo ran. He ran into the brush.
Now it was dark. Milo sat down. He did not see his home.
"Mother!" he yelled. "Brother! Come find me!"
The moon came up. Milo looked and looked. He was sad.
Then Mother came! She had come to save him.
"I love you, Milo," said Mother. She gave him a big hug.
They went home to brother. Milo ate fish. Then he went to sleep with a smile.
